TRAIN THE TRAINER (CRM OR ESET) COURSE

IN ACCORDANCE TO EASA / FAA REGULATIONS

Create the basics for your career as trainer or instructor. During our Online Train the Trainer` course participants attain the basics of teaching adults according to legal base EASA Regulations and the German trainer association. Attendees will be carefully guided to their future tasks as trainers and will gain the required skill set to perform their first session during our interactive live online course.

 

Factor Humans `Online Train the Trainer` course is suitable for people who have no aviation background, as well as those from aviation. This course combines the by EASA required teaching and learning module with the train the trainer module required by the German Trainer Association.

DAY 1 - LEARNING THEORY - DIDACTICS

  • Basics of adult-specific learning

  • Basics of educational psychology

  • Learning paradigms, learning biographies

  • Reflection on personal learning processes

  • Human Performance and Limitations

  • Fundamentals for Learning

 

DAY 2 - METHODOLOGY - TEACHING

  • Effective planning and structuring 

  • Use of instructional aids

  • Presentation techniques, formats/methods

  • Multimedia, copyright,

  • Moderating structure/moderating exercises

  • Formulating learning objectives

  • Learning materials, forms

  • Company manuals, or equivalent documents

  • Simple goal verification and evaluation methods

  • Giving and receiving feedback

 

DAY 3 - COMMUNICATION - RHETORIC

  • Using and Managing teaching activities

  • Interaction and group dynamics positively

  • Communication and Rhetoric

  • Basics and exercises for public speaking

  • Difficult situations in everyday teaching life

  • The role of facilitator

 

DAY 4 - TRAINER´S ROLE - PERSONALITY

  • Trainers personality development

  • Assessment - Profile (DISC)

  • Creation of a lesson plan for a self-developed topic

 

DAY 5 - PRACTICAL TEACHING SAMPLE

  • Conducting the previously developed teaching unit

  • with a topic of your own choosing

  • Explanation of the chosen training tools and methods

  • Subsequent evaluation and reflection
